안지훈 Jihoon Ahn
Jihoon Ahn (Founder & Research Lead) is a doctoral researcher at Korea University and a member of the Inclusive Education & Neurodiversity Lab (INLAB). He earned his M.Ed. in AI-Integrated Education from Seoul National University of Education. His research centers on inclusive education and Universal Design for Learning (UDL), with a particular emphasis on advancing AI-supported teaching and learning in inclusive contexts and designing accessible learning environments that integrate AI and technology. He bridges policy and classroom practice by developing AI-driven digital curricula, leading teacher professional development initiatives, and advancing evidence-informed educational technologies.

윤상원 Sangwon Yoon
Dr. Sangwon Yoon (Research Lead) is a specialist in digital inclusive education and psychometric evaluation. He holds a Master’s and a Ph.D. in Special Needs Education from the University of Oslo, Norway. Currently, he is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Knowledge Centre for Education (KSU), University of Stavanger, specializing in Learning Analytics. He possesses unique expertise in Systematic Reviews of measurement instruments(COSMIN methodology), focusing on evaluating their psychometric properties to ensure high research standards. With 15 years of field experience in Korea, he bridges the gap between data analysis and practical special education, leading SeeD’s mission for evidence-based digital pedagogy.

변선주 Sunjoo Byun
Dr. Sunjoo Byun (Researcher) earned her Ph.D. from Korea National University of Education and previously served as a professor of Early Childhood Education. Her professional experience spans disability care, digital health, and inclusive early childhood education, including work with the UK-based disability care organization Life of Your Own and a digital healthcare company supporting children with cognitive developmental disabilities and borderline intellectual functioning. With support from the National Research Foundation of Korea, she researched the use of digital technologies in inclusive education for young children with disabilities. She currently works in international development cooperation, providing digital cognitive development programs for young children with disabilities in partner countries and conducting research on inclusive educational environments for all.
정균민 Gyunmin Jung
Gyunmin Jung (Researcher) is a doctoral researcher in Special Education at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Prior to beginning his doctoral studies, he worked as an elementary special education teacher in Daegu, South Korea, for eight years. His research centers on strengthening the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and examining AI-based interventions to support social skills development among students with autism spectrum disorder. He also contributes to research on Parent-to-Parent Support and Family Resilience. His work bridges theory and practice through rigorous systematic reviews and data-informed analysis in special education contexts.
노선영 Sunyoung Noh
Sunyoung Roh (Researcher) is a doctoral researcher at Aston University in the United Kingdom. She earned her master’s degree from University College London (UCL). Building on her international experience and research in SEND education in the UK, she brings a global perspective to the research community.
신혜수 Hyesoo Shin
Hyesoo Shin (Researcher) earned her master’s degree in AI Convergence Education from Chungnam National University and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Brain AI-Based Education at Korea National University of Education. Her research centers on the intersection of brain science, artificial intelligence, and learning cognition among students with special educational needs. She is particularly interested in customized edtech applications for students with disabilities, digital literacy education, and the design of curricula that support students’ independence in real-life contexts. She currently works as a middle school special education teacher in Daejeon Metropolitan City and is seconded to the Daejeon AI Education Support Experience Center at the Daejeon Education Information Institute.
김무겸 Mugyeom Kim
Mugyeom Kim (Researcher) is an elementary special education teacher with 12 years of professional experience. He earned his M.Ed. in AI-Integrated Education from Seoul National University of Education. His research centers on AI-supported IEP systems, generative AI-assisted IEP tools, and the development of digital literacy models (D-LIT) for students with disabilities. He also explores data-informed approaches to equitable resource allocation and digital transformation in special education administration. His work bridges classroom practice and system-level innovation through scalable, practice-oriented research.
이수빈 Subin Lee
Subin Lee (Researcher) is a special education teacher with five years of professional experience in Seoul. She earned her B.A. in Special Education from Kongju National University and is certified as an AIEDAP Master Teacher by the Ministry of Education and an Apple Professional Learning Specialist (APLS). Her work centers on Universal Design for Learning (UDL), AI and software education, digital learning environments, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) to support inclusive education.
